Terms and Conditions
Welcome!
This program is designed to support you in understanding what your system needs and creating meaningful, sustainable changes. To ensure we work together in a way that is supportive, clear, and effective, there are a few important terms and guidelines to review and agree to.
Coaching Terms:
1. Duration of Coaching
This coaching engagement includes 9, one-hour sessions over the course of 12-weeks and 3 private, one-hour sessions. Once the total number of months in your coaching period has passed (and regardless of how many sessions you actually attended), this Agreement will be considered fulfilled.
2. Program Components
You shall also receive in this program:
3 Energetic Wellness Scans
15 Infoceuticals (5 for each scan)
1 guided meditation
Access to the From Drained to Dynamic app where you’ll find video lessons and LifeWork
Bonus: Quick Reference Guides
4. Procedure
You will find the Zoom link in the app which you will use to join weekly group meeting. Private sessions will be scheduled through my calendar, which will also be available to you in the app. Individual meetings will each have their own Zoom link.
5. Changes
Coaching sessions cannot be changed. Should you miss a call, all calls will be recorded and accessible through the app. If Coach needs to reschedule, Coach will give you at least 24 hours’ notice, as well, barring an emergency or illness.
6. Coach’s Obligations
As your coach, I will offer a system for accessing your capacity to create a life you LOVE in every way that matters to you. I will bring attentive listening, understanding, and belief in you when you may have a hard time believing in yourself. You can expect me to offer fresh perspectives, make requests, suggest action steps, acknowledge your wins, and guarantee utmost confidentiality (to the fullest extent of the law, and so long as I don’t fear for your or another’s safety) in our powerful, sacred coaching relationship.
While I as your coach, cannot guarantee results, I’ve seen numerous clients create powerful results by having the courage and determination to apply the principles we discuss. My experience has shown, over and over again, that this works if you work it.
I am not a psychotherapist or physician, and I am not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions. If any issues arise for you that I believe would be best handled by a licensed therapist or physician, I will suggest that you attend to this side of your health by contacting the appropriate professional.
7. Client’s Obligations
You, as the client, agree that you are motivated and committed to taking action on your personal and professional goals. You realize that anything less than your intentional full participation will not lead to your success.
You agree to make payments on the agreed upon dates.
You agree to honor your scheduled session times.
8. Confidentiality
We both agree to hold the Confidential Information obtained from the other in confidence at all times during and after the termination of this Agreement. Neither of us shall use or disclose such information, unless, until and to the extent the Disclosing Party consents in writing, or such information, know-how, inventions, discoveries, and ideas are or shall become generally available to the public, independently developed by the Receiving Party without use of the Confidential Information, lawfully received from a third party without using the Confidential Information, or such a disclosure is otherwise required by law.
9. Limit of Liability
Under no circumstances shall COACH or its agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the services and any applicable product(s) under this Agreement.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, COACH’s liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. The maximum liability of COACH to any person, firm or corporation whatsoever arising out of or in the connection with the services provided under this Agreement shall in no case exceed the actual price paid to COACH by CLIENT for the services (and/or products) whose use, or other employment gives rise to the liability.
10. Indemnification
Upon a request by COACH, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold COACH and its other affiliated companies harmless, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your breach of this Agreement or any of your obligations hereunder.
11. Jurisdiction and Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. All disputes hereunder shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts of the State of Michigan. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.
12. Fees and Coaching Schedule
The completed checkbox on the Checkout Page serves as CLIENT's signature on this agreement and indicates compliance with the above requests, understanding of the services to be provided, and authorization to be billed the the amount(s) listed on the Checkout page at the time of purchase.
13. Refund Policy and Guarantee
Your experience in this program will be shaped by your participation, openness, and willingness to engage with the process. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way, and meaningful change comes from the actions you take along the way.
Because of the personalized nature of this program, no refunds or guarantees are offered.
I hereby authorize and confirm that Action Aspirations can bill me for the services listed above in this agreement.

Disclosure
Important note: Infoceuticals are not appropriate for individuals who have received organ transplants, are pregnant or nursing, or are currently undergoing active cancer treatment. If this applies to you, please reach out before enrolling so we can discuss the best support for you.
I (the undersigned) understand that the services you provide represent a non-medical approach to wellness. By engaging your services, I understand that you may provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices; that these are not medical services; and that this is not an emergency or mental counseling service.
I understand that you are not a licensed physician and that you are only acting as a consultant and facilitator. I take full responsibility for any health protocol I choose to pursue, including the extent to which I do or do not follow such protocols, and agree to hold you harmless in regards to my (or those I represent) health experiences.
I understand that you make NO ATTEMPT to diagnose, prescribe, prevent, or treat any medical disease, but only to guide me in supporting the body to improve and maintain itself. I also understand that consultations are based in part on the information I provide about myself, and therefore certify that all information provided about my health conditions and lifestyle (or about those I represent) is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I understand that you will do your best to safeguard my personal information, but that it may be shared as necessary in order to comply with the law.
I acknowledge that you are hereby encouraging me to visit my physician for medical emergencies; acute viral, bacterial, or other physical / biochemical diseases; and any other condition that requires medical attention.
Finally, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age [or age of consent in your jurisdiction], or am the parent or legal guardian of the client (named below) receiving your services and am answering this form on his or her behalf. I am fully competent to make my own health care decisions or to make such decisions on behalf of the client for whom I am signing.
